TV MOUNTING PROCESS
CONSULTATION
All of our services begin with a free consult to make sure your budget is met and your expectations are exceeded. Having a TV mounted may seem simple enough but there are small details, including which type mount is suitable, how the TV will be powered and what sources you need connected.
PROPOSAL
After a quick discussion during a site visit we will put together a complete proposal. TV mounting includes the mount and securely installing it to a wall or fireplace. We recommend powering the TV through an outlet directly behind the television with any cable or signal wire as well.
INSTALLATION
Our team is extremely conscious and detailed about your home, we work timely and very neatly. We cover any furnishings within the space and do not put tools or equipment directly on your floor or furniture. Masks and all health precautions are exercised according to CDC guidelines.
TURN-ON
Just a short time after our initial consultation your TV will be professionally mounted, square and true to the wall or fireplace. Our staff will spend time with you going over how the mount works and any other accessories we installed including a replacement remote control and soundbar
TV WALL MOUNTING
The most popular TV installation is mounting it on a wall. As we mentioned televisions have become extremely thin to compliment your interior design. We have the ability to install the display as flat to the wall as possible. We may recommend a tilt mount depending on how high it will be placed or if it is in a bedroom to watch while laying in bed. An articulating mount (sometimes called a cantilever, swing arm or swivel mount) makes it possible for viewing from different angles or from two different rooms. FIREPLACE TV MOUNT
Mounting a TV above a fireplace certainly has its challenges but are never impossible. The biggest concern is how to get power and audio | video signal wires to the television without being visible. If the wires do not already exist it may be necessary to have a brick mason come in and help conceal all wiring. Another question is which mount to use, most popular is a tilt mount because of the TV height. This will give a better viewing experience with less chance of straining your neck after time. We can also recommend a "mantle mount", these allow the TV to be lowered down and over the mantle placing the TV directly in front of you. They are designed to operate easily and can even be motorized.
HIDDEN MIRROR TV
Many interior designers and discerning clients do not like the idea of having a TV clutter up their design or space. Thankfully there are streamlined options like a mirror tv or a hidden tv. These are for spaces where you want to a TV for convenience but would like it concealed and out of site when visitors arrive. Today's mirror Televisions do not compromise the quality of the image and can be completely customized with the frame of your choice. Bathroom mirror TV's are also popular to watch while getting ready for work or taking a nice relaxing bath. These are built directly into your vanity and come in a variety of options.
